browser compatibility – All sites should be a compatible browser. Your site should look the same on Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. It is wise not to stop development of a site after you have figured out that it looks wonderful on Internet Explorer. Consult with your designer to ensure that all correct HTML for each browser.

Navigation – Create menu on your site that can easily go through it for the visitors. It is best to place all the important connections at accessible locations on the page – preferably the top right. Try as many sites link to your website as possible.

Comprehensible Font – Try to steer away from bright colors and the font that may not work on most computers – like Comic Sans available. The best professional embroidery fonts are Arial and Verdana.

Links – Make it a mandatory requirement to check for broken links within your site before placing on your Web server. In applications like Dreamweaver, you can check for broken links on any file.
